Kasese police has arrested 28 year old man allegedly accused of kidnapping a 16 year old girl a student in Kasese Secondary School.
The suspect is identified as Andrew Senyongo a vendor in the taxi park
He was found with a rope,knife and mask which he had been using to kidnap people.
RPC Rwenzori said that the suspects where three but managed to arrest one and investigations are going on as they hunt for the other two.
