Traders who deal in charcoal business are stuck after their tracks are impounded by police yet they have all the licenses that permits them to do charcoal business.
traders say they move with these charcoal from far as Gulu ,Adjumani and other districts since the business of charcoal in Busia it is at its pick now after the Kenyan government put a ban on tree cutting.
The bag of charcoal which used to buy thirty thousand shillings is now being sold at one hundred thousand shilling where business people use it as a very fertile land for them to get money from Kenyans who buy from them.
While speaking to the DPC Busia Elepot Eryia said that they are not stopping the traders from doing their business but to change the place where they are operating from.
