Alex Isabirye has signed a new deal to become the permanent head coach of BUL FC.
The former Kyetume FC tactician has signed a two-year deal that will see him take charge of Bul fc until, at least 2023.
BUL FC confirmed the appointment via their official website on Tuesday evening.
“BUL Football Club is proud to announce coach Alex Isabirye as our new team manager on a permanent deal through to at least 2023.” BUL announced.
His backroom staff will comprise of Richard Kasule Bakabulindi, Daniel Kabale and James Magala as first, second and third assistant coach in that order.
He has been on interim duty since February when he replaced Arthur Kyesimira.
Noah Kasule will serve as the fitness coach of the team, Kenneth Magada as the goal keeping coach while club legend Patrick Asiku Crespo will take up the chief scouting role.
Speaking after putting pen to paper, Isabirye expresses his delight to be signing the permanent deal and promised to try and win trophies for BUL.
“I am happy to sign a permanent contract with BUL FC for the second time. I was here for one season and matched away because the club and I had different ambitions then, but fortunately for this time, our objectives are the same.
“I have come to stay now that we are reading from the same page and I will work so hard to see that this togetherness yields success. I have won trophies at my previous clubs. We expect to win matches during my stay here and if we do so, trophies will come.”
